The best was saved until last at the latest Fight Finder Manchester Meet.
ImtiazAli and andreawrestling guided enthusiast Steeleyes1 and Andy in the tag team match line-up at the end of the meet held at The Wrestling Factory, aka Pippa’s, on Saturday, March 30th. Regulars and new members enjoyed the match which rounded off an afternoon of enjoyable wrestling.
The 10 attendees also gave generously to the In Memorium collection for the late John Lowe, a regular at past Manchester Meets, who recently passed away by donating £100.
Other highlights were the attendance of Mikeswuk, after his health scares, who started training for his entry at the Gay Games 2022 in Hong Kong.
resurgam overcame a recent hip injury and lightly began wrestling again for the first time at this meeting.
The youngest was mannnnylad, 20, who came from Manchester and overcame his fear of coming to the events. He enjoyed himself and will return.
The Meets often attract people from other countries and this time it was Andreawrestling from Rimini, Italy. It was his third Manchester Meet after first attending five years ago.
Next meeting is Sunday 21st April 2019, 1pm - 6pm, which will be run by Steeleyes1. ImtiazAli will be working away but will return for the wrestling weekend in May.
